With Bellco Law’s fixed fee conveyance you will be a charged a fixed professional fee for our service in your residential property sale conveyance or your residential property purchase conveyance.

On top of our fixed professional fee service of residential property purchase and sale conveyances, you may have to pay search costs, sometimes called outlays. When you are purchasing property, it is important that searches are conducted on the property to detect any defects that it may have as well as to discover other important information. On top of this the searches enable us to do financial adjustments for rates, water and body corporate levies at settlement ensuring you are only responsible for those costs reasonably attributed to your occupation of the property.

We will give you an estimate of the searches that may be payable with your residential property purchase or sale conveyance based on your individual circumstance or the property.
We do not charge extra for telephone calls, emails, printing, copying. We will only charge you the actual costs of the searches required. In addition to this no extra charges are incurred for witnessing documents, negotiations, or extension.
