On top of our fixed professional fee service of residential purchase and sale conveyances, you may have to pay search costs, sometimes called outlays. Searches enable us to undertake financial adjustments for rates, water and body corporate levies (among other things) at settlement ensuring you are only responsible for the period you own.

We will give you an estimate of the searches that may be payable with your residential property purchase conveyance or residential sale conveyance based on your individual circumstance or the property. Unlike other law firms, we do not charge extra for telephone calls, emails, printing, copying.
