Shaun is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and a solicitor of the High Court of Australia. Shaun represents an array of clients that operate in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and overseas. Shaun spends his time between our Brisbane and Townsville offices.

Since admission, Shaun has focused predominantly on property, corporate and commercial law matters helping his clients grapple with complex acquisitions and re-structures.

In recent years, Shaun has:

• advised on several retail shopping centre acquisitions in the following locations: Rockhampton, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Townsville, circa $250M collective.
• advised on several rural and farming acquisitions, circa $25M and assisted with FIRB compliance.
• advised on a development of a site in Fortitude Valley, circa $50M.
• advised on a property development in Mackay (3 separate sites), circa $25M.
• advised a custodial trustee board on good governance and conflicts,
• advised on a development site in Townsville, circa $35M.  
• advised on a new corporate structure/governing body for a national sport for international compliance/recognition.
• advised on a multi-million-dollar acquisition of an engineering company in Townsville.
• advised on a multi-million-dollar industrial land acquisition near Townsville
• advised on the structuring of an entity to acquire a half completed multi-million-dollar site and provided ongoing advices to complete and on-sell.
