A number of our legal services are charged using a fixed fee model. These legal services include residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, leasing matters and wills and enduring power of attorneys.
For more complex area of law like estate planning and dispute resolution, we charge in accordance with a costs agreement which is provided to you at the commencement of the matter. Usually this must be signed and returned before any work is completed.
